Lake Whitney Golf Tournament at White Bluff Resort

We are going to have a Golf Tournament at White Bluff Resort on Saturday, 9:00 a.m. on December 12, 2015 (December 19th. if bad weather).

We are attaching a golf application and a sponsor application in hopes you will play and/or sponsor or both!!

Bossiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has donated a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, valued at $25,000.00, as the Hole in One prize plus other items for Par 3 holes. We’d like to thank the following members for their advance sponsorship of several of the holes available: 

HILCO Electric Co-Op., Inc. for Hole #1, Gary Bob Wilson for Hole #2, Sauer & Associates, Inc. for Hole #3, Brazos Street Market for Hole #4 and Texas Great Country Café & Pie Pantry for Hole #18.  We have a few left and would be very grateful for your sponsorship pledge.  I can send out a statement for your pledge and the Lake Whitney Chamber of Commerce will order signs for each hole sponsored to recognize our members and other sponsors.

Hole #15 is the longest hole and has been selected for the Hole in One.

We would be remiss if we didn’t thank White Bluff Golf Resort and their entire staff, including Ms. Jennifer Gibbs Oliver, for offering their grounds to us for this fundraiser.  They will also provide a Hamburger lunch at the end of the tournament.  This is called the “SANTA SHOOT OUT” and is a scramble with a Shotgun start for all golfers.

We are also in need of some “goodies” such as you give us for our welcome bags. I hope to hear from many of you in the next few days and we are limiting our tournament to the first 72 players.  There will be other prizes and awards for Closest to the Hole and the Longest Drive.
